I had a good stay and would come here again, thanks. Top-notch accommodation, the breakfast was hot, prime location near to the markets. The staff was really helpful and caring, offered excellent services. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

Everything was perfect and immaculately clean, I enjoyed location and staff. The hotel was fabulous and the outdoor restaurant was nice. Late check-out was useful. It had nice swimming pool too. It made my trip to Hanoi a wonderful experience.

awesome views, nice beach, incredible pool. plenty of various drinks, such as cocktails, soft drinks and juices in the bar. besides, there was great wifi, had no problem with it.

The venue is homey, it offers delicious breakfast and has ideal location just next door to the Lake, old city center, the Old Quarter. Kind staff provides an exceptional service. Great reception. Don't forget to explore Hoan Kiem district.

Accommodation was overall clean, with plunge pool, which we really enjoyed. The staff did all they can for a luxury stay. We had free wifi in the lobby. Refreshing coffee, beers, juices and soft drinks in the poolside bar, good parking place...

Fabulous central location, very good sized room and staff were ready to help. Breathtaking view, a good balcony, spacious bed, too. We loved bakery, breads, meats, fresh fruit and hardboiled eggs served during the full English breakfast. There was an outstanding restaurant, shops and a market next door🙂

Very clean and the staff was EXCELLENT. Right by the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. And it was set in lake district. Also, it had parking on site.
